These Service Terms explain how Plantastics personalised rewilding plans are intended to work when commercial bookings open, what the different services include, what customers can expect and the responsibilities of both Plantastics and the customer.

Important pre-launch notice

Plantastics is currently validating demand for its personalised rewilding services.

Seed, Sprout and Canopy are not currently available to purchase.

At this stage:

  • No payments or deposits are being accepted

  • No service is being reserved

  • No project commission is being created

  • No delivery or start date is being agreed

  • Registering interest does not create a contract or commitment to purchase

The information below describes the intended structure of the services if and when Plantastics opens commercial bookings.

These Service Terms will be reviewed and finalised before the first live commercial purchase is accepted.

1) What we are developing

Plantastics is developing remote personalised rewilding and regenerative design services.

The proposed personalised services are:

  • Seed — £49
Focused personalised guidance for one small, straightforward area or a simple group of containers.

  • Sprout — £99
A complete personalised plan for a balcony, terrace or small garden.

  • Canopy — from £399 total
A more detailed service for more complex or strategically demanding projects. The intended process begins with a £59 Canopy Project Review, which forms part of the total project price if the customer decides to proceed.

Plantastics follows the Plantastics Method: veganic, peat-free and native-first.

Unless something is explicitly included in an agreed future service scope, personalised services do not include:

  • Physical supply of plants, compost, mulch, containers or other materials

  • Installation

  • Construction

  • Physical gardening work

  • Site visits

  • Structural certification

  • Structural load assessment

  • Engineering calculations

  • Architectural services

  • Guaranteed plant survival or ecological outcomes

2) How the services are intended to work

Plantastics personalised services are designed to be delivered remotely.

Seed

When commercial bookings open, the intended process is:

  1. Purchase the Seed Plan.

  2. Complete the official questionnaire and submit the required photographs and information.

  3. Once Plantastics has received all required information, the Seed Plan will normally be delivered within 2–3 working days.

Sprout

The intended process is:

  1. Purchase the Sprout Plan.

  2. Complete the official questionnaire and submit the required photographs and information.

  3. Once Plantastics has received all required information, the Sprout Plan will normally be delivered within 5 working days.

Canopy

The intended process is:

  1. Purchase the £59 Canopy Project Review.

  2. Submit the detailed questionnaire and required project materials.

  3. Plantastics reviews the scope and complexity of the project.

  4. Plantastics prepares a personalised proposal confirming the proposed scope, total project price and delivery timing.

  5. The proposal is intended to remain valid for 30 days from the date it is sent.

  6. If the customer decides to proceed, the £59 already paid forms part of the total Canopy price.

  7. The remaining balance is divided into two equal payments.

  8. The first payment starts the Canopy Design Preview stage.

  9. After receiving the Design Preview, the customer has one consolidated round of feedback by email within 7 calendar days.

  10. Once the Design Preview is confirmed, the second and final payment of the remaining balance is made.

  11. Plantastics then completes the Full Canopy Plan according to the delivery timing stated in the personalised proposal

Telephone and video consultations are not intended to be included as part of the standard Canopy service. Standard project communication will be handled remotely by email.

3) Information and project materials

When personalised services become commercially available, customers will need to provide the information reasonably required to prepare their plan.

Seed and Sprout

This is expected to include:

  • A completed questionnaire

  • Required photographs

  • Any other information specifically requested for the project

Measurements or additional information will only be required where the questionnaire or Plantastics specifically asks for them.

The delivery period will begin only once Plantastics has received all information required to prepare the plan.

If something essential is missing or unclear, Plantastics may contact the customer by email before work begins.

Canopy

After purchasing the Canopy Project Review, customers will receive instructions explaining what project information and materials are required.

Depending on the project, these may include:

  • A completed questionnaire

  • Photographs

  • Panoramic video

  • Measurements

  • Other requested project information

Required Canopy materials should normally be supplied within 14 days.

This 14-day period relates to supplying project materials. It is not a delivery period for the Canopy Project Review.

If clarification or additional information is needed, Plantastics may contact the customer by email.

4) Personalised plans: intended deliverables, delivery and support

Seed

Seed is designed as a focused personalised plan for one small, straightforward area or a simple group of containers.

A Seed Plan is intended to include:

  • A personalised summary of the selected space

  • An initial plant palette

  • A simple layout sketch

  • Veganic and peat-free guidance

  • Clear first planting steps

Seed will normally produce a guide of around 4 pages, although the exact length may vary where additional space is genuinely useful.

Seed is intended to be delivered within 2–3 working days after Plantastics has received the completed questionnaire, required photographs and all necessary information.

Seed is not intended to include revisions or ongoing post-delivery support.

Sprout

Sprout is designed as a complete personalised plan for a balcony, terrace or small garden.

A Sprout Plan is intended to include:

  • A detailed personalised layout

  • An expanded plant palette with suggested quantities

  • Veganic and peat-free soil, growing-media and mulch guidance

  • Individual plant care notes

  • A personalised 12-month seasonal care calendar

Sprout will normally be around 7–10 pages, although the exact length may vary where additional space is genuinely useful.

Sprout is intended to be delivered within 5 working days after Plantastics has received the completed questionnaire, required photographs and all necessary information.

Sprout is intended to include up to 3 consolidated follow-up rounds by email within 30 days after delivery.

Canopy

Canopy is intended for more complex or strategically demanding projects.

The £59 Canopy Project Review is intended to be the first stage of the process and will assess the scope and complexity of the project before the complete-project proposal is defined.

There is no fixed public page count or fixed public delivery period for the Canopy Project Review.

The Canopy Design Preview also does not have a fixed public page count.

After receiving the Design Preview, the customer is intended to have one consolidated round of feedback by email within 7 calendar days.

If no response is received within that period, the project may be placed on hold.

Silence will not be treated as approval of the Design Preview.

The exact contents of the Full Canopy Plan will depend on the agreed scope and will be confirmed in the personalised proposal.

Full Canopy Plans will normally begin at around 15 pages and may expand depending on the project.

Delivery timing for the Full Canopy Plan will be specified in the personalised proposal.

The Full Canopy Plan is intended to include up to 3 clarification rounds by email within 30 days after delivery.

5) What personalised services do not include

Unless explicitly included in an agreed service scope, Plantastics personalised services will not include:

  • Physical supply of plants

  • Compost, mulch, containers or other materials

  • Installation

  • Construction

  • Physical gardening work

  • Site visits

  • Structural certification

  • Structural load assessments

  • Engineering calculations

  • Architectural services

  • Legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice

  • Guaranteed plant survival

  • Guaranteed ecological outcomes

Seed, Sprout and Canopy are also not intended to provide individual diagnosis of pests, diseases, fungi, nutrient deficiencies or other specific plant-health problems.

Photographs and other project materials may be used to understand the space and prepare the agreed design service, but they do not constitute a plant-health diagnosis, structural assessment, engineering assessment or other regulated professional inspection.

Where regulated professional advice or assessment is required, the customer will be responsible for obtaining it from an appropriately qualified professional.

6) Intended Canopy payment structure

If Canopy launches in its currently proposed form, every Canopy project will begin with a £59 Canopy Project Review.

Complete Canopy projects are expected to start from £399 in total.

If the customer chooses to continue after the Project Review, the £59 already paid will form part of the agreed total price and will not be added on top.

After completing the Project Review, Plantastics will provide a personalised proposal confirming:

  • Agreed project scope

  • Total project price

  • Delivery timing

The proposal is intended to remain valid for 30 days from the date it is sent.

If accepted, the remaining balance after the £59 Project Review will be divided into two equal payments:

  • The first half starts the Canopy Design Preview stage.

  • The second and final half becomes due once the Design Preview has been confirmed.

Payment for the Canopy Project Review will not itself start the delivery period for the Full Canopy Plan.

The complete-project delivery timing will be the timing stated in the personalised proposal.

7) Communication and customer responsibilities

Plantastics personalised services are designed to be delivered remotely.

Project communication, clarification questions, feedback and document delivery will normally be handled by email.

Customer support, questionnaires and personalised plans are intended to be available in English and Spanish.

For service-related questions:

Canopy project inactivity

Under the intended commercial process, if a Canopy project remains inactive for 90 days, Plantastics may administratively close the project after sending a reminder.

Administrative closure will not be automatic simply because 90 days have passed.

Any effect on refunds, cancellation or withdrawal rights will be governed by the final terms applicable when the service is purchased and by applicable law.

Customer responsibilities

When commercial services become available, customers will be responsible for:

  • Providing requested project information and materials

  • Providing information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge

  • Responding to clarification requests where necessary

  • Reviewing documents and feedback requests within any applicable response period

  • Informing Plantastics if relevant project information changes before completion

Plantastics can only base its recommendations on the information and materials provided by the customer.

8) Payments, cancellations, withdrawal rights and refunds

Plantastics is not currently accepting payments for Seed, Sprout or Canopy.

Before commercial bookings open, this section will be finalised to confirm:

  • The legal identity of the seller

  • Payment arrangements

  • Applicable prices and taxes

  • Cancellation rights

  • Consumer withdrawal rights

  • The treatment of personalised or customised services

  • Circumstances in which work may begin before the end of any applicable withdrawal period

  • Refund conditions

  • The effect of cancellation at different stages of Canopy

  • Any additional consumer information required by applicable law

Nothing in these Service Terms is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

No customer should rely on this pre-launch version as the final contractual cancellation or refund policy.

9) Registering pre-launch interest

Plantastics may currently invite visitors to register their interest in Seed, Sprout or Canopy.

Submitting one of these forms:

  • Is free

  • Does not reserve a service

  • Does not create a booking

  • Does not create a contract

  • Does not commit the visitor to purchasing

  • Does not commit Plantastics to accepting a project

  • Does not establish a delivery or start date

Plantastics may use the information submitted to understand demand and contact the visitor when the relevant service becomes available, in accordance with the Plantastics Privacy & Responsibility Policy.

10) Updates to these terms and contact

Plantastics may update these Service Terms as its services, business structure and commercial arrangements are finalised.

A final version will be published before live commercial bookings and payments begin.

The version applicable to a future purchase will be the version presented or made available to the customer as part of the relevant purchase process.
